Product introduction:
Electric knife gate valve—also known as knife type gate valve or knife type slurry valve. It has evolved from coal washing,
gangue discharge, and slag discharge in mining power plants to urban sewage treatment, and from general industrial
pipelines to professional pipeline systems in food, hygiene, and pharmaceuticals. The ultra-thin electric knife gate valve
thoroughly solves the problems of large flow resistance, heavy weight, difficult installation, and large footprint associated
with conventional gate valves, slab gate valves, globe valves, control valves, butterfly valves, etc., thanks to its advantages of
small size, low flow resistance, light weight, easy installation, and easy disassembly. Since the emergence of knife gate valves,
a large number of general-purpose on-off valves and control valves have been replaced by them. Our company's PZ-type
electric knife gate valve incorporates advanced technologies and structural advantages from domestic and international
sources, eliminating the shortcomings of electric knife gate valves produced by other manufacturers during use. It features
light weight, simple and compact structure, reliable sealing performance, long service life, and the ability to cut off media. Its
sealing principle is as follows: when the gate closes completely, the inclined surface of the gate contacts a wedge block on
the valve body, causing the gate to press tightly against the sealing surface for a sealing effect. Additionally, the inclined
surface at the bottom of the gate has a medium-cutting function, making the valve less prone to blockage and jamming
by media. The structure can be designed with hard-sealing or soft-sealing options, allowing users to select the type based
on their sealing requirements. Due to the use of a knife-type gate, it has excellent shearing performance, making it most
suitable for difficult-to-control fluids such as slurries, powdery granular materials, and fibers. It is widely used in industries
such as papermaking, petrochemicals, mining, drainage, and food processing. Multiple valve seats are available for selection,
and electric or pneumatic actuators can be equipped according to on-site control needs to achieve automated valve
operation.

Product features:
1. The valve body adopts an integral design, with low fluid resistance and flexible and convenient operation.
2. The screw drive adopts a double plane bearing design, which greatly reduces the transmission friction and facilitates the opening and closing of the valve.
3. The sealing valve seat of the knife gate valve adopts a movable seal, and an O-ring pre tightening provides pre tightening force to make the sealing valve seat tightly adhere to the valve plate, greatly reducing leakage. It has an automatic compensation function for the wear of the sealing pair in long-term use, improving the service life of the valve.
4. Fixed guide claw, no groove design, not easy to cause medium accumulation and jamming.
5. The valve seat can be selected as a metal hard seal or a soft seal according to the needs of the medium and industry. The gate plate is treated with hard chromium plating or ion nitriding on the surface, making it more wear-resistant and enhancing the service life of the sealing surface; Soft sealing valve seats can be selected from PTFE, NBR, or EPDM, with good sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
6. Equipped with DZW type multi turn electric actuator or electro-hydraulic actuator, with a power supply of AC380V, the opening and closing of the slurry valve can be controlled.
