Product introduction:

 

The core working principle of the self-operated electric temperature control valve is to drive the valve body through an electric actuator, changing the flow rate and direction of the fluid medium to achieve the purpose of temperature control. The electric actuator is composed of a servo motor, a reducer, a position sensor, etc., and features high precision and fast response. The self-operated temperature control valve, on the other hand, consists of a valve body, a valve core, a spring, and other components. It adjusts the position of the valve core by sensing temperature changes in the fluid medium, thereby regulating the flow rate and direction of the medium.

In the self-operated electric temperature control valve, when the temperature sensor detects a temperature change, it transmits a signal to the electric actuator. After receiving the signal, the electric actuator drives the valve body to adjust the position of the valve core, so as to regulate the flow rate and direction of the medium. During this process, the spring functions to provide an initial positioning force, ensuring the stability of the valve core in its initial position. At the same time, the spring can also provide a certain restoring force when the valve core is disturbed, ensuring that the valve core can quickly return to the correct position.
