Product introduction:
An eccentric half-ball valve refers to a valve where the central axis of the valve body forms a dimensional offset with the
central axis of the half-ball, and a sealing pair is only arranged on one side of the valve body. It uses a ball with a circular
channel as the opening/closing element, achieving opening and closing by rotating the ball around the central axis of the
valve body. A top-entry eccentric half-ball valve means the internal components are installed and disassembled from the
upper part of the valve. Its advantage is that during maintenance, valve accessories can be replaced without removing the
valve from the pipeline.

Product features:
1. When the valve is opened, the valve core is located in the ball chamber, allowing fluid to flow straight through. This results
in a large flow area, low flow resistance, minimal pressure loss, and prevents media from depositing in the valve body cavity.
2. Suitable for high-flow-rate media. The straight-through flow channel and rigid eccentric fixed crankshaft are designed for
high flow velocities, ensuring no vibration or noise.
3. Requires low operating torque, completing opening/closing with a 90-degree rotation for easy operation.
4. Features tight sealing with double-eccentric metal hard seals. Scaling does not affect opening/closing, which is the most
significant advantage of the half-ball valve.
5. Has a long service life. The sealing pair is wear-resistant with compensation capability, facilitating maintenance—valve
seats can be adjusted or replaced.
